When spring returns I'll be building a custom enclosure for the boot but still give access to the spare wheel and also I've got to be able to get my pooch or a pushchair in the back. The standard door speakers will probably only be rated at 10 or 15watts rms.
If you didn't want to bi-amp you could go with a 3 channel, or a 2 channel and 1 channel. Front Component Set - $300-$400 - JL C5, Focal PS165F or PS165FX. Subwoofer + Box - $400-$600 - Look at Chameleon's Fusion box for a custom fit, or a standard box + sub combo. That system would destroy an easy 90% of audio systems sold.

The 3-door hatchback version of the Focus has its rear speakers in the side panels. Stop us if you've heard this before, but they're 6"x8" models that can be replaced by same-size or 5-1/4" aftermarket models. And yes, if you choose the smaller speakers, the mounting brackets are included at a discount from Crutchfield.
Posted October 27, 2014. It depends on the size of the front brake discs. If the car has 278 mm front discs the rear discs are 265 mm. If the car has 300 mm front discs the rear discs are 280 mm. Installing the wrong size brake discs at the rear (in relation to the front disc size) will result in an incorrect brake distribution.
May 27, 2010. #1. Right, completely out of my depth here, so be gentle. I'm getting my new (well, 6 month old) Ford Kuga on Tuesday as I fancied a change from dragging my arse along the floor in 9-3s/Mondeos etc. However, the most generous thing I can think to say about the standard fitment 6000CD and 8 (?) speakers is "makes an adequate noise".
