Hullo everyone! My email account was recently hacked and google activated a security measure that locks it up from ever accessing it. But thankfully it didn't include the mobile gmail app which led me to recover and screenshot my purchases and the necessary info that can make the whole issue more solvable.

Basically they will ask you for whatever information you can provide: A character on the account, the world your characters were on, the four numbers that come after your username, or even the credit card you purchased the game with. They will also ask you for your address (the one you would have listed when you created your account).

I think our issue was our subject line in the email was different. Either way, I now had an open line of communication with them from the account I could get into. I changed the subject line to what they asked for, sent them the email as requested, and notified them that it was sent. 1hour later, we have access to the account again.

I am able to access my old account but my friend cannot access his. When he tries to reset his password it is asking for a character name and a serial. I have the serial for him (I purchased it for him back then and was able to find the picture I texted him with the serial from way back then) but we do not think we have the right character name.
