I went Tempest. It's a slight dps boost to my fully-focused Dual Daggers tree. Subterfuge goes out the window with Tempest, though, as you don't get enough Active abilities to utilize Fire Flask well. If you wanted to specialize in Subterfuge more, then Assassin would be your best bet I think.
