Dunno if this will help with mission crash , wingsuit or not if you got more than 4 core cpu , maybe you wanna limit the game to only use 4 core 4 thread from task manager or another task manager program like process lasso or similiar (for automatic applied so you dont need to do that everytime open the game) if from windows task manager , toggle the game to windowed mode by pressing alt+enter

Sometimes the zoom function will stop working. Sometimes I will no longer be able to grab and pan the map, but only edge-scroll (or vice versa). Sometimes the buttons on the bottom will no longer respond (but keys will). The problem can be just one of the above, or a mix of multiple. Look in the top left corner of the map and it will have the Blue diamond Icon with a number beside it. That's number is the number of diamonds cases that are in that sector. This game use to work in Win 7, CPU FX9590, Radeon 290x/290 with most recent WHQL drivers. In Win 10pro I get bad flickering with or without Cross Fire being active when using DX11. I tried all the old solutions from this forum (deleting shader folder, different game configurations, run as admin etc.). Checked game files, no issues.
